Responsibilities
Combine creative and technical expertise to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
Work as part of a high performing team to create impact with in-store events and ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising.
Leverage experience in makeup application, skin care advice, hair or fragrance consultations to support customers.
Support the store’s visual and experiential standards to stand out against competitors.
Perform in a fast‑paced retail environment, including days, nights, weekends and special events.
Qualifications
Retail experience preferred; open to applicants with beginner‑level experience who can demonstrate high creative and technical expertise.
Demonstrate a passion for providing inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
Previous experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
Certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience desirable; open to those developing skills in fragrance, skincare, and hair consultation.
Pay Range The anticipated hourly range for this position is
$21.60 to $32.40 . Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. May vary by geographic location. Eligible for a highly competitive bonus program with potential for overachievement based on performance and company results.
