Job Title: Primary Care Physician - Full Time
Location: Elgin, Illinois

Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our growing team in Elgin, IL. This is a full-time, outpatient‑focused position serving a diverse patient population in a collaborative, high‑quality medical environment.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Coordinate care with specialists, nursing, and support staff
Promote preventive health care and wellness education
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team‑based care

Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Current and unrestricted Illinois medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
DEA license required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to high‑quality, evidence‑based patient care
Pay Transparency Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $275,000-$280,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
