Solutions Integration Lead

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* In-depth knowledge of the sales process and RFP/RFI responses* Strong ability to influence and collaborate across the enterprise* Proven record of accomplishment in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships* Experience in solution design and bid processes within the commercial real estate sector* Ability to create and deliver effective training programs* Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus* Analytical skills for measuring and evaluating proposal content and JBS utilization* Experience working with all levels, including senior leadership* Demonstrated ability working on virtual teams in a global corporate environment* Understanding of JLL's Integrated Occupier Solutions and JBS operations* Master's degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field* Previous experience working in or closely with a shared services center or business process outsourcing (BPO) environment* Experience in developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs)* Background in process mapping and optimization* Experience with agile methodologies in a business context* Familiarity with commercial real estate market trends and challenges faced by occupiers* Previous experience in a client-facing role within professional services or consulting* Experience in developing and delivering e-learning content* Understanding of data analytics and its application in business decision-making* International work experience, particularly in regions where JBS operates* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)* Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)* Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools* Knowledge of business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)* Basic SQL skills for data querying and analysis* Familiarity with proposal management software* Understanding of data privacy and security principlesAt JLL, we give you the opportunity, knowledge and tools to own your success, because we value what makes each of us unique.
