We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **District Sales Manager** to lead our Multi Fittings business across the New England and Mid-Atlantic regions. This role is responsible for driving regional strategy, leading a high-performing sales team, and fostering long-term customer relationships.## ## **Job Summary**As District Sales Manager, you will oversee Regional Sales Managers and Independent Sales Representatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and market expansion strategies. You will collaborate cross-functionally and engage with distributor partners to deliver customer-centric solutions and drive growth.## Location: New England & Mid-Atlantic (Remote with regular travel)## Principal Responsibilities* Lead, coach, and support sales personnel to achieve performance targets.* Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans.* Collaborate with internal departments to resolve challenges and ensure operational excellence.* Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners and customers.* Analyze market trends and pricing to identify growth opportunities.* Deliver technical presentations and training to stakeholders.* Conduct performance evaluations and succession planning.## ## Qualifications & Experience* Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.* 3–5 years of sales management experience in the waterworks industry.* Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.* Willingness to travel regularly within the sales district.#LI-MD2#IPEXUSIPEX is committed to providing accommodations for people with disabilities throughout the recruitment process.
