District Sales Manager
to lead our Multi Fittings business across the New England and Mid-Atlantic regions. This role is responsible for driving regional strategy, leading a high-performing sales team, and fostering long-term customer relationships. Job Summary As District Sales Manager, you will oversee Regional Sales Managers and Independent Sales Representatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and market expansion strategies. You will collaborate cross-functionally and engage with distributor partners to deliver customer-centric solutions and drive growth. Location:
New England & Mid-Atlantic (Remote with regular travel)
Principal Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and support sales personnel to achieve performance targets.
Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve challenges and ensure operational excellence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners and customers.
Analyze market trends and pricing to identify growth opportunities.
Deliver technical presentations and training to stakeholders.
Conduct performance evaluations and succession planning.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
3–5 years of sales management experience in the waterworks industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel regularly within the sales district.
