Job Purpose Job Purpose:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our internal development/interface team and external payroll vendors. This role will play a critical part in ensuring seamless communication, clear requirement translation, and smooth execution of system integrations and related initiatives.
The Project Manager will coordinate project timelines and deliverables, track progress, identify and resolve issues, and help ensure all milestones are achieved on time and within scope. This individual will also be responsible for reporting to the overall Project Manager and Steering Committee, providing regular updates on status, risks, and mitigation plans.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact between internal development/integration teams and payroll vendors.
Coordinate and monitor activities, ensuring timely alignment with project milestones and key deliverables.
Translate business and technical requirements between stakeholders into deliverables to support effective system integration.
Identify, track, and resolve project issues and elevate as needed.
Prepare and deliver status updates, dashboards, and presentations for the overall Project Manager and Steering Committee.
Support testing, troubleshooting, and implementation activities to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications
Prior experience as a Project Manager, ideally within HR, payroll, or systems integration initiatives.
Experience working with ADP is required.
Workday experience is a strong plus.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively across technical and business teams.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
