Job Details: We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Tax Senior to join our dynamic finance team. As a Tax Senior, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with their tax obligations, tax planning, and tax research. This role is an exciting opportunity for a tax professional with a strong foundation in corporate, partnership, and individual taxes. You will have the chance to work with a diverse client base, providing high-quality tax services and advice. This role requires a candidate with a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Apply foundational tax knowledge to understand and anticipate potential tax issues. 2. Gather and analyze client information necessary for tax filing. 3. Prepare and review tax returns using tax software applications. 4. Communicate potential risks and tax strategies to clients in a clear and concise manner. 5. Conduct detailed tax research and planning to optimize client tax positions. 6. Prepare tax accrual workpapers and other related documents. 7. Train and mentor other team members, imparting your tax knowledge and experience. 8. Delegate work effectively to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks. 9. Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards. 10. Stay updated with current tax practices and changes in tax laws.

Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is a plus. 2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a tax role, preferably in a public accounting or consulting firm. 3. Strong knowledge of corporate, partnership, and individual taxes. 4. Proficient in tax software applications and Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 7. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. 8. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines. 9. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. 10. A proactive approach to learning and staying updated with tax laws and regulations.
