We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager. This is a permanent role that will see the successful candidate leading multiple commercial and multifamily projects from concept to completion, developing strategic plans, and managing project schedules, staffing, and budgets. Responsibilities:
1. Lead multiple commercial and multifamily projects from conceptual design through completion. 2. Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure project success. 3. Sketch design details and redline drawings to guide junior staff during the early design phases. 4. Manage construction administration: respond to RFIs, review shop drawings, issue SKs, and conduct regular site visits. 5. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all project phases. 6. Manage project schedules, staffing, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. 7. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 8+ years of experience in managing multifamily and commercial projects. 3. Proven experience in leading projects from concept through completion. 4. Strong knowledge of construction administration, including RFIs, shop drawings, SKs, and site visits. 5. Excellent sketching and redlining skills to guide junior staff during early design phases. 6. Exceptional project management skills, including managing schedules, staffing, and budgets. 7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors. 8. Proficiency in using Revit. 9. Architectural license in preferred but not required.
