Tax Manager - International Compliance Responsibilities: Manage the preparation and review of U.S. international tax compliance filings, including Forms 5471 and 8858. Perform and review GILTI and FDII calculations to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Oversee documentation and analysis for international tax projects and planning initiatives. Support implementation and maintenance of global tax strategies and compliance processes. Conduct data gathering, analysis, and reconciliations related to U.S. international reporting and tax provisions. Partner with internal finance, accounting, and legal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance in international tax reporting. Contribute to special projects such as acquisition due diligence and integration. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance accuracy. Qualifications: Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements, including accounting for income taxes. Experience in industry or public accounting, with a focus on U.S. international tax compliance. Prior experience as a Tax Senior or Tax Manager managing complex international tax filings. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, and modeling). Knowledge of Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, and other foreign reporting requirements. Proven experience preparing and reviewing Forms 5471 and 8858. Familiarity with transfer pricing documentation and global tax provisions a plus. Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. $120,000 - $150,000 Please submit resume for immediate consideration.
