role expands • Excellent benefits and strong work-life balance within a supportive, people-first culture Key Responsibilities for the Regional Senior Accountant: • Oversee and improve accounting policies, procedures, and financial controls • Assist in month-end close (5-day close), including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting • Manage fixed asset depreciation, rollforwards, lease amortization, and union benefits reporting • Support payroll processing and serve as a backup across accounting and payroll functions • Review and approve Accounts Payable check runs while ensuring accuracy and compliance • Calculate and prepare monthly service and construction commissions, adjusting for bad debt in real time • Perform weekly bank reconciliations and ensure accurate cash reporting • Lead inventory reconciliation, coordinate physical counts, and establish new inventory processes • Support external audits, tax filings, and compliance reporting requirements • The
