Financial
Reporting Analyst , you'll play a vital role in ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial reporting while gaining exposure to high-level corporate finance initiatives. Responsibilities include: Preparing and reviewing
quarterly and annual SEC filings
(10-K, 10-Q) and related disclosures. Researching and analyzing
complex accounting issues
(GAAP, SEC guidance, regulatory updates). Partnering with internal teams and
external auditors
to resolve accounting questions and support audits. Assisting with
new accounting standards
and reporting requirements, driving process improvements. Supporting management with
board reports, financial presentations, and special projects . Preparing reporting packages and supporting documentation for
external disclosures . Assisting with
journal entries
and various ad-hoc financial reporting projects. Identifying and implementing
efficiency enhancements
in the reporting process. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (required). CPA strongly preferred , but not required. 3-10 years of accounting experience with
SEC reporting in a public company environment . Solid knowledge of
U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting rules
