Key Responsibilities Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain integrity of financial reporting Manage compensation accounting, including payroll, benefits, tax liabilities, and related accruals Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts Lead month-end close activities Support SOX compliance and internal controls Contribute to strategic initiatives and special projects, partnering with internal stakeholders and external auditors
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field 8+ years of progressive accounting experience Experience in payroll, benefits, and fixed asset accounting puts you to the top of the list Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred Experience with large ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards) strongly preferred Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a growth mentality
