Accounting & Payroll Administrator

Why Join Our Client Be part of a company that fosters a positive, inclusive culture built on respect and teamwork Medical, dental, and vision benefits + 401(k) plan that includes a company match Take time to recharge with up to three weeks of paid time off annually Expand your skills through hands-on training and continuous professional development Celebrate success and connection through annual team outings and festive holiday events Compensation: $52,000 - $58,000 Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment runs Handle accounts receivable duties such as invoicing, posting payments, and following up on outstanding balances Process bi-weekly or semi-monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission Maintain up-to-date employee records related to payroll, benefits, and deductions Reconcile payroll accounts and assist with related journal entries Support month-end and year-end close processes for AP, AR, and payroll functions Respond to internal and external inquiries related to invoices, payments, and payroll issues Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and accounting standards Qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll administration preferred Excellent organizational and time-management skills
