$60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities (Staff Accountant): Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and reconciliations
Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Reconcile bank statements and monitor daily cash flow
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
Maintain fixed asset records and perform depreciation calculations
Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations
Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
Assist with budget preparation and financial planning
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
Qualifications (Staff Accountant): Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1-3 years of accounting experience (internships count)
Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
CPA or working toward CPA certification is a plus
Familiarity with financial forecasting and budgeting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
