We’re seeking a

Product Manager – AI & Workflow Automation

to drive this transformation. This hybrid role blends strategic product leadership with hands-on execution. You’ll scope opportunities, prototype automated workflows, lead product development, and scale impactful solutions across the organization. This role is perfect for a builder–thinker hybrid: someone who can design end-to-end systems, deliver MVPs using tools like n8n, Copilot Studio, Perplexity or OpenAI APIs, and then work with engineering to take those solutions to scale. What You’ll Do Build & Launch Workflow Automation Identify, design, and deliver AI- and automation-powered solutions that reduce manual work across teams (merchandising, finance, customer experience, ecommerce, etc.) Connect systems across tools such as

NetSuite ,

Looker ,

Slack ,

Airtable , and internal APIs/databases Drive Product Management End-to-End Lead product discovery: conduct stakeholder interviews, map workflows, and uncover bottlenecks Write clear product requirements for both self-service prototypes and features requiring engineering support Manage the product backlog, prioritize initiatives by business impact and complexity, and oversee execution with cross-functional teams Define, measure, and iterate on KPIs like

ROI Act as a Cross-Functional Force Multiplier Collaborate with executives, department heads, and functional leaders to align automation initiatives with business priorities Act as the bridge between business units and the AI/engineering team, turning successful prototypes into scalable systems Lead change management: communicate value, drive adoption through documentation, demos, and internal training What You Bring 3–5 years

of experience in product management, internal tools, technical operations, or workflow automation Proven track record of defining product requirements, managing agile product delivery, and working closely with engineering teams Hands-on experience with

workflow automation tools

(e.g.,

n8n ,

Zapier ,

Copilot Studio ) Working knowledge of

generative AI platforms

(e.g.,

GPT-4 ,

Claude, Perplexity ) and prompt engineering Solid experience with

Excel/Sheets ,
