Location: Lutz, FL Salary: $80,000 - 90,000 with a 10% bonus Why This Opportunity Stands Out: Headquartered in the Tampa area with over 50 years of success Industry leader with a strong reputation Laid-back, collaborative culture with no micro-managing Flexible start and end times Opportunity to grow and advance within the company Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off Employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) to share in company success Opportunities for training, certifications, and career development Mission-driven work supporting municipalities, agencies, and businesses Key Responsibilities for the Senior Staff Accountant: Maintain accuracy of all GL account balances and prepare reconciliations for key asset and liability accounts Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting Assist with budgeting and planning by working with business units to develop revenue and expense budgets and review actual results Participate in M&A activities, including building financial models to evaluate EBITDA performance, managing diligence, and serving as a key member of the integration team Support the audit process and provide documentation as needed Partner with leadership to prepare budget reports, variance analysis, and KPIs for business units Participate in ad-hoc projects such as cost savings initiatives, opening balance sheet analysis, and system implementations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 3-5+ years of accounting experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities #INSEP2025 #ZRCFS #LI-TQ1 #LI-ONSITE
