Senior Accountant
to join our growing finance team in Westminster. In this role, you'll handle full-cycle accounting, ensure the accuracy of financial reporting, and contribute to process improvements that strengthen efficiency and compliance across the organization. What You'll Do
Manage
full-cycle accounting
for multiple entities, delivering accurate and timely financial results.
Perform and review
complex balance sheet reconciliations , resolving discrepancies proactively.
Prepare
journal entries, account analyses, and month-end close schedules .
Support
intercompany transactions and reconciliations
between entities.
Assist with
consolidated financial statement preparation
and related reporting.
Partner with cross-functional teams to
resolve accounting issues and improve workflows .
Ensure
compliance with GAAP
and internal accounting policies.
Provide documentation and assistance during
audits
and other reviews.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, or related field ;
CPA preferred .
5+ years of progressive accounting experience , including
multi-entity accounting .
Strong understanding of
GAAP
and core accounting principles.
Expertise in
balance sheet reconciliations
and
month-end close
processes.
Proficiency with
accounting software
(NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar) and
advanced Excel
skills.
Exceptional
analytical, problem-solving, and communication
abilities.
Ability to thrive both
independently and collaboratively
in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Experience
Hands-on experience preparing
consolidated financial statements .
Background in
public accounting
or
multi-entity environments .
Exposure to
process improvement
or
workflow automation
