Key Responsibilities: Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts for assigned properties Complete monthly bank reconciliations and record any reconciling items Oversee month-end close, ensuring tenant ledgers align with the general ledger Manage property cash balances, submit funding requests, and approve bills Collaborate with Property Managers and Supervisors to produce clean, accurate financials for ownership
Qualifications: 3+ years of accounting experience in real estate or property management Strong understanding of GL accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close Proficiency in property management/accounting systems Resmond (or RealPage, Yardi, MRI, or similar)
