Schedule: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. 5x8’s and 4x10’s, rotating weekends.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-year experience of recent phlebotomy inpatient experience in a high volume, high acuity hospital.
- Ability to collaborate across all units within the hospital
- Graduate of a formal phlebotomy training program
- Hand and arm prick
- Phlebotomy certification, national preferred.

Day-to-Day:
One of the major healthcare organizations in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced phlebotomist to join their laboratory team. This individual will work in the inpatient, hospital setting, in the Emergency Department (ED,) or both as needed. They will serve all floors except the NICU nursery and will only work with pediatrics as needed or if they are in the ED. They will collaborate closely with physicians, responding to orders via Rover and assist patients through venipunctures and obtain/prepare blood specimens.
