Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements and create detailed test cases and scenarios
• Execute manual tests and report, track, and verify defects
• Collaborate with BAs and developers to triage issues
• Perform SQL queries for data validation and analysis
• Document testing results and assist in QA reporting

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Manual Testing
• Advanced knowledge of SDLC
• Proficiency in SQL Querying
• Hands-on experience with Test Case Execution and Development
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools

Preferred:

• Domain knowledge of Unemployment Insurance or Benefits
