Job Description

Looking for an Experienced HVAC Service Technician for local residential heating and cooling air conditioning company with some light commercial applications. We will guarantee FULL salary pay weekly even during slow / non-peak seasons to ensure that you will have a steady reliable paycheck and we also offer weekly / monthly bonuses for daily quotas or equipment sales.

• Must have a verifiable minimum of 4 years total experience in HVAC with at least 2 years in residential HVAC Air Conditioner & Heater Repair.
• Must be able to work weekends if necessary.
• We also offer performance pay that allows a technician to get paid per call plus a percentage on goods sold.
• Service Technicians should be self‑motivated, able to take direction, part of a growing team, maintain a clean professional appearance, dependable, able to properly diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, and have good communication skills.
