We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team.

Our Warehouse Associates are valued team members who receive, input, sort, and load/unload products while ensuring shipping schedules are met. In a team-based distribution environment, you will contribute to company efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction by delivering the right product on time with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (pick, load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards.
• Drive company vehicle to pick up packages from distribution center and return to warehouse.
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with company procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience

• Previous warehouse experience
• Experience operating a forklift

Required Qualifications

• Must be age 21+ to drive a company vehicle and have a good driving record
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, occasionally up to 70 lbs
• Must be able to frequently stand, twist, bend, and lift
• Work effectively & efficiently independently or as part of a team
• Physically capable & willing to operate a forklift (training provided)
• Proficient use of a computer

Location & Employment Details

This position is based in our Menomonee Falls, WI facility, so only candidates residing in the Milwaukee area will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
