Position Summary
As a Corporate Recruiter at Jupiter Payments, you’ll leverage your recruiting expertise to source, attract, and onboard high‑performing 1099 sales agents as well as W2 employees across multiple corporate departments, helping to fuel Jupiter’s rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Outreach: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, industry networks/events, and referrals from existing Jupiter sales agents.
Candidate Assessment: Pre‑screen candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment with Jupiter Payments.
1099 Recruiting: Partner closely with the Partner Sales Manager (PSM) to align and manage the recruiting lifecycle for new sales agents.
W2 Recruiting: Collaborate with senior management to fill multiple W2 roles across various departments.
Onboarding: Support smooth and efficient onboarding for all new hires and sales agents.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM and prepare progress reports and KPI presentations for management.
Market Insights: Stay current on industry trends to provide recommendations that enhance recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2‑3 years of in‑office recruiting experience with a focus on sourcing and pre‑screening candidates. Experience recruiting 1099 sales professionals is a plus.
LinkedIn Recruiter experience required.
Skills: Proficient in sourcing, networking, and managing candidate relationships.
Knowledge: Familiarity with sales agent roles and 1099 commission‑based hiring models.
Technology: Skilled with ATS and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred as well as LinkedIn), as well as online recruitment platforms.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Results‑Driven: Proven ability to meet and exceed recruitment goals.
