Location: Manassas, VA

Join CRi as a Program Manager and take charge of a dynamic residential program where your leadership drives quality care, staff development, and community collaboration.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversee program operations including budget management, admissions, discharges, and service planning.
- Serve as the key liaison for families, agencies, and community partners.
- Ensure compliance with clinical policies, regulatory requirements, and performance improvement goals.
- Provide ongoing training, supervision, and support to your team.
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-equipped program.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field (ie: Psychology, Social Work, etc)
- Five (5) years of experience in the field with supervisory experience of at least 4 people.
- Experience in supervision, budgeting, crisis intervention, assessment, and service planning.
- Must have experience with the ID/DD population and behavior management.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a residential setting.
- Must qualify as a QIDP:
- To qualify as a QIDP: Must have a bachelor's degree in human services or related field and at least one year of documented experience working directly with individuals who have intellectual disabilities or other developmental disabilities.
- Must have experience with individuals with physical disabilities.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Preferred Qualification
- Master's degree in Human Services field preferred.
Physical Demands
- Ability to assist with lifting, transferring, and physical care as needed.
- Prepared to provide intervention for behavioral challenges safely.
