Qualified Intellectual Disability Professionals (QIDP)
for programs in Northern Virginia. The primary responsibility of the QIDP is to support individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities to achieve their personal goals. Principal Duties And Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of 15-20 clients across various programs Maintain clinical documentation in the EHR Responsible for clinical documentation, including ISP, annual assessments, and quarterly reviews Collaborate with the admission team to integrate programs and services Regularly communicate with the Clinical Director, Program Manager, and relevant staff members Maintain confidentiality of records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Conduct in-service training and continuing education for staff Understand and promote Medicaid Waiver/Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) regulations Intervene and respond to crises, following agency policies and procedures Adhere to CRi's health, safety, and emergency guidelines Available Shift:
Varies (includes 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts; with coverage required Sunday through Saturday) Location:
Multiple locations; Northern Virginia Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field Minimum of one year documented experience supporting individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required Physical Demands
