Pay Range: $19 - $23/hr.
OverviewOur client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join their finance team. This role supports core accounting functions and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values accuracy and organization.
Responsibilities· Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
· Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
· Maintain financial records and assist with month-end close
· Prepare basic financial reports
· Support payroll and tax documentation
· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting issues
· Assist with audits and budgeting activities
Qualifications· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
· 1–2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Oracle, AS400)
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Pay Details: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour
