As a server at our food service outlets, you are often the first or last person our guests interact with, setting the tone for their experience. Responsibilities:

1. Maintain a calm demeanor during busy periods or unusual events.
2. Make decisions and solve problems to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
3. Monitor the operation of the F&B outlet and assist the manager in resolving guest issues.
4. Keep a clean and organized workspace.
5. Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
6. Engage with guests to understand and respond to their needs through clear communication.
