We are currently looking for a
family nurse practitioner or physician assistant
to join our primary care practice in
Hurst, TX
Why Join Us? Comprehensive Family Medicine: Care for patients across the lifespan, from 3 months old through geriatrics, including annual visits, vaccinations, and sports physicals. Structured, Manageable Volume
: See a maximum of 24 patients per day with dedicated time slots: 45 min for new patients, 30 min for established, and 15 min for routine visits. Robust Support Team:
Work with a 1:1 Medical Assistant ratio and dedicated support from a Quality Care Manager, Referral Coordinator, and experienced office staff. Balanced M-F Schedule & Call
: M-Tr 9-12 (last appointment is 11:45), 2 hour mid day break run over, rep lunch, admin, patient care 2-5 (last appointment 4:45); Friday the 9-3 (last appt 1:45) straight with no break. After hours the call is telephone only. In-Office Procedures
: Opportunity to utilize procedural skills, including ear washes, sutures, and toenail removal.
Qualifications: Board certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant Active Texas license or ability to obtain 1+ year of experience in an urgent care or a primary care setting
preferred Open to stellar new graduates Bilingual skills are a plus but
not required Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
