In this critical role, you’ll oversee order processing, inventory management, and shipping logistics to deliver high-quality outcomes for both internal projects and customer orders. You’ll work closely with suppliers, shipping partners, and internal teams to maintain efficiency and accuracy, playing a key role in our mission to deliver reliable technology solutions. Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end order processing, including order entry, fulfillment, shipping, and receiving workflows. Track and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring stock levels meet project and customer demands. Coordinate logistics with suppliers, carriers, and shipping partners to ensure on-time delivery of hardware and materials. Verify order accuracy and quality, resolving discrepancies to meet customer and project expectations. Support procurement processes by collaborating with vendors and internal teams on materials sourcing and management. Monitor and report on fulfillment metrics, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Maintain compliance with shipping regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, operations, or equivalent professional experience. 2+ years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or order fulfillment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with inventory management or ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar platforms). Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy under pressure. Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and shipping partners. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally work in a warehouse or inventory environment.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in logistics or fulfillment for technology, aerospace, or hardware-focused industries. Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs processes. Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) for tracking and reporting fulfillment metrics. Prior experience supporting procurement or supply chain operations in a high-growth company.
