We’re looking for a Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) to be the face of our company, providing exceptional patient service and accurate specimen collection. Responsibilities Represent the company to patients, both during routine visits and for life‑defining health decisions. Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures. Interact with patients, establish trust, explain procedures, and collect samples skillfully, safely and accurately. Demonstrate leadership behaviors, focusing on process excellence, confidentiality, and accuracy of patient information. Under direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time. Maintain a safe and professional environment. Execute forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices. Maintain required records and documentation. Demonstrate organizational commitment and promote a positive image to patients, clients, employees, and the public. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (required). Ability to provide quality, error‑free work in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to work independently with minimal on‑site supervision. Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric. Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington). Minimum of 6 months experience (required). One+ year phlebotomy experience preferred. Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred. Keyboard/data entry experience a must. Shift: Monday‑Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
