Vision Centric, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary II to provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to a government agency. This role requires a proactive professional with strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a FULL-TIME, OnSite Position

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a full range of administrative and secretarial duties, both standard and nonstandard.
- Provide direct support to District and Area Commanders, managing up to three calendars and coordinating meetings, interviews, and teleconferences.
- Maintain reception area, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls and emails professionally.
- Prepare reports, meeting materials, and routine correspondence.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, personnel records, and shared drive folders.
- Track and compile data for various programs including Facility Security Assessments (FSA), Post Orders, and Prohibited Items Reports.
- Maintain inventory lists for security equipment and supplies; conduct weekly audits and provide status updates.
- Support timekeeping and attendance tracking using systems such as GovTA.
- Assist with budget report preparation and document management.
- Enter and manage data in FPS systems such as LEIMS and STORM.
- Provide administrative support for contractual service requests and security operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) and Windows-based operating systems.
- Experience with office equipment including scanners, printers, and copiers.
- Strong attention to detail, accurate typing, and excellent spelling.
- Ability to compile, organize, and present reports and data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and determine task priorities.
- Experience managing multiple calendars and coordinating logistics.
- Familiarity with government systems such as GovTA, LEIMS, and STORM is a plus.
- Prior experience supporting federal agencies or law enforcement operations.
- Knowledge of agency policies, procedures, and systems.
- Experience with inventory management and supply tracking.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
