What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Provide exceptional customer service experiences to healthcare provider partners via calls, emails, and chat
Proactively upsell features and streamline interactions for providers using the platform
Act as the voice of the company, resolving issues promptly and effectively to create lasting positive impressions
Develop a deep understanding of the platform and its services to demonstrate value to users
Maintain accurate records of all interactions to uphold the commitment to making healthcare easy
What is Required (Qualifications) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or technology-related field
Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Dedication to delivering best-in-class customer service and promoting the company’s mission
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience in a healthcare-related service or technology field
Familiarity with digital health platforms or marketplaces
