Products related to Relay Panels, Low Voltage Switchgear, Substation Buildings and Fabrication.Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM**What a typical day looks like:*** Work closely with engineers, operators, and quality teams to set up equipment, conduct tests, perform troubleshooting, and ensure consistent manufacturing performance* Maintain production standards and implement lean methodologies* Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product reliability* Support Lean Implementation on the Shop Floor by assisting engineers in deploying 5S, standardized work, visual management, and workplace organization to improve safety, quality, and efficiency* Conduct Time Studies and Process Observations to identify non–value-added activities, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities within production lines* Collaborate with Engineers and Operators to develop and sustain standardized work instructions, ensuring consistent performance and training alignment across shifts* Participate in Kaizen Events and Continuous Improvement Projects, contributing hands-on support in process mapping, problem-solving, and implementation of quick wins* Assist in Equipment Set-Up, Calibration, and Process Optimization to ensure machines run efficiently and within defined process limits, reducing downtime and variation* Perform Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions for process deviations or quality issues using structured problem-solving tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa diagrams, PDCA)* Support Visual Factory Development by maintaining dashboards, production boards, and andon systems that communicate real-time status and improvement metrics* Perform rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies in products related to Relay Panels, Low Voltage Switchgear and Substation Buildings**The experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** High school diploma or equivalent* 4-6 years of experience as a manufacturing technician or related field**Physical Requirements:*** Regularly required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms* Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at a time* Must have manual dexterity to handle small components* Must have excellent hand-eye coordination* Ability to differentiate between colored wires, tabs, and electronic components* Must wear PPE, such as gloves, safety glasses, hard hat, and ear protection, while working on the production floor**What you'll receive for the great work you provide:*** Full range of medical, dental, and vision plans* Life Insurance* Short-term and Long-term Disability* Matching 401(k) Contributions* Vacation and Paid Sick Time* Tuition Reimbursement## ## Job CategoryProduction Engineering## NoFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
