Summit is seeking a Contracts Management Analyst III to support one of our Department of Defense partners for a full-time position in San Diego, CA. As a Contracts Management Analyst III, you will provide advanced support in the development of procurement documentation and acquisition strategies in accordance with FAR, DFARS, and NMCARS. This senior‑level role requires demonstrated experience in Navy/DoD contracts management, including ACAT I–II program support, and the ability to lead documentation efforts and coordinate with stakeholders. You will lead the development of procurement‑related documents including Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWSs), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), Justifications & Findings, and Acquisition Strategies; conduct market research and support acquisition strategy development; provide recommendations on contract management policies and procedures; track obligations, expenditures, and deliverables across multiple programs; coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with Navy/DoD acquisition requirements; and mentor junior analysts and review deliverables for accuracy and compliance. This is a full‑time, on‑site role requiring U.S. Citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

Qualifications (Required)
Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s with equivalent experience may be considered).
8+ years of professional contract management experience.
Demonstrated experience with FAR/DFARS/NMCARS requirements.
U.S. Citizenship and possess a TS/SCI clearance.
