Contracts Management Analyst III — San Diego, CA, USA. Full-time, on-site. U.S. Citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance are required. Summit is seeking a Contracts Management Analyst III to support one of our Department of Defense partners for a full-time position in San Diego, CA. Responsibilities
Lead development of procurement-related documents, including SOWs, PWSs, IGCEs, Justifications & Findings, and Acquisition Strategies Conduct market research and support acquisition strategy development Provide recommendations on contract management policies and procedures Track obligations, expenditures, and deliverables across multiple programs Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with Navy/DoD acquisition requirements Mentor junior analysts and review deliverables for accuracy and compliance Qualifications (Required)
Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s with equivalent experience may be considered) 8+ years of professional contract management experience Demonstrated experience with FAR/DFARS/NMCARS requirements U.S. Citizenship and possess a TS/SCI clearance Additional Information
