With the introduction of Innovation and Operation Control Centre at customers linked to Mission Control Centre at SAP, we drive the implementation of best practice solutions and operations and support the solution adoption and consumption. The Premium Hub-Centre of Expertise (CoE) within SAP Premium Engagement & Advisory provides the expertise in application and technology areas to deliver high-end support to our MaxAttention, Active Attention, and Enterprise Support customers. Our methodology is to engage proactively with our customers and to live a long‑term engagement built on trust and respect. Our work is based on a holistic understanding of our customers’ business and a strong relationship to jointly improve IT & business operations and safeguard their implementation projects. As every customer is unique, we provide individual high‑quality support based on a value‑based/outcome delivery approach. The CoE NA Logistics Planning and Procurement team focuses on the top Max‑Attention and Active Attention customers, providing them with conceptual and architectural guidance and helping in the digital transformation in intelligent spend and supply chain area. Main Tasks & Objectives: Gathering requirements in process areas such as SAP IBP S&OP, demand management, response and supply, inventory management, production planning (PP), detailed scheduling (PP/DS), and advanced ATP.
