We’re looking for a proactive, tech-savvy People and Culture Partner to join our team onsite and support the VP of People and Culture in building and sustaining a great place to work. This role is ideal for someone who loves people, thrives in a dynamic environment, and brings a strong grasp of HR systems, analytics, and payroll. You’ll play a key role in executing day-to-day operations, enhancing our people processes, and contributing to a culture that’s collaborative, innovative, and fun. You’ll have a hand in everything from payroll and systems administration to employee engagement and change initiatives. What You Will Be Doing
Partner closely with the VP of People & Culture to execute day-to-day operations and people and culture initiatives. Support payroll processing, benefits administration, recruitment & onboarding, and other core people processes with accuracy and care. Help maintain and optimize our systems to improve efficiency and employee experience. Assist in navigating organizational change by ensuring communication, alignment, and follow-through. Maintain a pulse on team sentiment and help foster a culture of connection, inclusion, and accountability. Lead with LOVE (living our values everyday). Manage documentation, scheduling, and cross-functional follow-ups to keep P&C projects and priorities moving forward. Manage facilities and workplace operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly, vendor relationships are well-managed, and our workspace is fully-stocked, functional, and welcoming. You genuinely enjoy helping people and are motivated to make a difference and improve the workplace environment overall. You bring positivity, professionalism, and discretion to everything you do. Your Education, Training and Experience
3+ years’ experience supporting people and culture initiatives, managing office operations, and leveraging HR systems and data for insights. 5+ years of related experience a plus. Experience with engaging others to join you on projects by being collaborative, and coordinating groups to work towards a common goal. SHRM-CP certification preferred. Experience with Paylocity a plus. Seniority level
