Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing** * Lead the strategic direction and delivery of IT solutions supporting Aggregates and HMA operations.* Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation and process optimization.* Oversee solution lifecycle management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with enterprise architecture.* Manage vendor relationships and ensure service delivery meets performance expectations.* Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and agile methodologies.**What Are We Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a business-related field* 3+ years of experience using business systems applications* Strong understanding of Aggregates/HMA operations and related technologies* Experience with enterprise platforms, integration strategies, and cloud-based solutions* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex IT initiatives* Demonstrated capability in stakeholder engagement and change management**Work Environment**
This role operates in a hybrid work environment with flexibility to work remotely and travel to operational sites as needed.
