School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full Time | Issaquah, WA | 2025–2026 School Year
Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2025–2026 school year in Issaquah, Washington. We’re a therapist‑operated company that puts clinicians and students first. This is an in‑person position in a school setting, and we welcome both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced SLPs to apply. New to schools? No problem — we provide mentorship and support!
Job Highlights:
Location: Issaquah, WA
Position: Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) – School‑Based (Secondary Caseload - Middle and High School)
Schedule: Full Time 1.0 FTE
School Year: 2025–2026
Start Date: ASAP thru the end of the school year
In‑person only
Responsibilities:
Provide speech‑language therapy services in a K–12 school setting
Conduct evaluations and write reports
Develop and implement IEP goals
Collaborate with special education teams, educators, and families
Complete documentation and progress monitoring in a timely manner
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Valid Washington State SLP license (or ability to obtain quickly)
Washington ESA Certification required (or willingness to acquire)
