School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Auburn, WA | 2025–2026 School Year

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a part-time school-based positions in Auburn, WA for the 2025–2026 school year. Whether you are a CF-SLP or a seasoned provider, we would love to hear from you.

Position Details:

In-person, school-based role

Elementary and middle school; Sept 3, 2025 - March 6, 2026

Leave coverage position

1.0 FTE

Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy

Develop and implement IEPs and complete documentation

Collaborate with school special education teams

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Washington state SLP license (or willingness to obtain)

Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certificate

Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply – we provide supervision and mentorship
