About the Position The Accounting Clerk plays an important role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth daily accounting operations. This position balances accounts, processes payments, reconciles transactions, and assists with reports and audits. We’re looking for a dependable professional with strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy and service.
What You’ll Do
Balance Federal Reserve and Corporate accounts daily
Process accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements
Prepare and process wire transfers
Assist with month‑end closing and annual audits
Research and resolve inquiries from branches and members
Maintain organized and accurate accounting records
What You’ll Need
Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience
2–3 years of accounting experience (credit union or banking preferred)
Strong computer and Excel skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment This is an in‑person position located at 35 W. Michigan Street, Orlando, FL.
Monday–Friday, business hours only — no late nights or weekends!
