This position is scheduled every weekend, Saturday and Sunday, 6:30 pm to 7:00 am.
RN Responsibilities: The purpose of this role is to evaluate patients' physical and mental health, supervise psychiatric technicians, follow physician’s orders, and communicate changes in patient condition.
Collaborate with healthcare team members.
Use nursing process for assessments and care planning.
Monitor patient responses and respond appropriately.
Handle emergencies effectively.
Develop and maintain patient care plans and documentation.
Administer medications and treatments as per policies.
Coordinate admissions and communicate with families and other healthcare providers.
Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality care.
Communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff.
Participate in meetings, training, and committees.
LPN Responsibilities: The purpose of this role is to provide nursing care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, following physician’s orders and regulations.
Administer medications and monitor patient health.
Assess and respond to changes in patient condition.
Record and communicate patient information.
Supervise other nursing staff.
Provide emotional support and assist with daily activities.
Maintain safety standards and participate in training.
Qualifications:
RN: Associate degree in Nursing, Wisconsin RN license, 1-2 years experience preferred.
LPN: Vocational degree in Practical Nursing, Wisconsin LPN license, experience preferred.
