Validation Project Manager- Availability to Travel to Mexico
Your role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team in a customer-facing technical role focused on filtration validation within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have
proven experience in sterilizing filtration validation , particularly within companies that manufacture injectable products.
Key responsibilities include managing validation testing on customer products and overseeing a portfolio of customer projects. The role requires designing, conducting, and reporting study results to external biotech and pharmaceutical clients, while serving as a technical resource for filtration process validation. Testing activities encompass bacterial retention, filter integrity, chemical compatibility, and extractables & leachables assessments.
The candidate will interface with a diverse global team in a fast-paced services environment, providing technical consultancy and guidance to adapt service scopes to specific customer needs. Strong project planning, timeline management, and customer communication skills are essential.
Additional requirements:
Advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English
Availability to work in the Mexico time zone
Willingness to travel between Mexico and Colombia

Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in biological sciences or related science discipline
Previous experience from biotech/pharmaceutical industry
Advanced English and Spanish

Experience in project management/coordination is a plus.
