What You'll Do
Architect, deploy, and scale secure, high‑performance networks
Define best practices and enforce standards that elevate engineering excellence
Partner closely with Dev, Security, and Ops teams to enable innovative products
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues fast and effectively
Continuously monitor, optimize, and improve network reliability and performance
Drive automation and Infrastructure‑as‑Code adoption across environments
Lead investigations to protect uptime and secure every layer of connectivity
Required skills:
7+ years building and operating complex network environments
Deep mastery of network protocols and architecture (TCP/IP, BGP, DNS, etc.)
Advanced hands‑on experience with enterprise‑grade routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs
Strong cloud networking expertise (AWS preferred: VPC, Direct Connect, Route 53)
Experience with HA solutions, redundancy, and disaster‑recovery design
Skilled with diagnostic tooling + scripting for automation (Python, Bash, etc.)
Fluent English communication clear, confident, and collaborative
Certifications like CCNP / CCIE or equivalent industry credibility
