Job Overview Provide services and support as a Geotechnical Engineer in the Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Industry Sector focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as Pasco County Board of County Commissioners (PCBOCC) located in Pasco County, CONUS.
Responsibilities and Duties
Plan and execute geotechnical investigations for utility infrastructure projects.
Analyze soil, rock, and groundwater data to inform foundation and structural designs.
Prepare technical geotechnical reports and provide recommendations for construction.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering; PE preferred.
Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications
5–10 years in geotechnical investigations for utilities or public infrastructure.
Skills Required
Engineering judgment, subsurface modeling, analytical rigor, field coordination.
Ancillary Details of the Role
Assist with QA/QC of drilling, testing, and third‑party investigations.
Coordinate with structural and environmental engineers on multidisciplinary projects.
Other Details
Supports project categories involving soil‑structure interaction, permitting, and risk mitigation.

Leadership – Ability to guide colleagues on projects and initiatives.
