We’re a fast-growing custom pillow brand on a mission to deliver big hugs and even bigger smiles . All of our pillows are handcrafted in the U.S. using photos of the people and pets our customers love most. Whether it’s for a birthday, holiday, memorial, or just because — our pillows are the most personal and comforting gift you can give. Now we’re expanding, and we need a South Florida-based Creative Strategist to help us scale through improved and analytical content strategy. Role Summary
We’re looking for a full-time Creative Strategist to join our South Florida-based team. This role bridges marketing strategy and content creation — helping us craft stories that connect emotionally, drive clicks, and convert. You’ll be the brains behind campaigns, collaborating with media buyers, designers, and production to ensure every creative has purpose, punch, and performance. What You'll Do
Develop creative concepts, hooks, and scripts for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and email/SMS Turn customer insights into compelling messaging and campaign angles Collaborate with designers, editors, and UGC creators to bring ideas to life A/B test multiple variations to refine copy, visuals, and CTAs Pitch and storyboard new campaigns weekly — always looking for fresh, giftable angles Analyze performance data (with support from media buyers) to iterate and scale winners Work closely with UGC talent and influencers to guide content creation Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and evergreen ad content Develop marketing strategy and calendars while keeping the team accountable for deliverables What We're Looking For
Based in South Florida and available to work in-house (not remote) 3+ years of experience in a creative strategy, content, or performance marketing role Deep understanding of storytelling for direct-to-consumer brands Portfolio of ad campaigns or content that show conversion-focused creativity Comfortable writing copy, developing angles, and directing creatives Analytical mindset – you care about performance as much as aesthetics Highly organized and accountable project management skills Collaborative, positive, and proactive — you move fast and make things happen Bonus: Experience with UGC, gifting-focused brands, or sentimental/emotional products What You’ll Get
