Business Development Representative (BDR)

to join our team and expand our reach. About the Role

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving firm growth by connecting with prospective law firm clients, primarily solo and small firm attorneys, and introducing them to the services that can help them grow and thrive. This is a remote, commission-based role with flexible hours and high earning potential for someone who is self-motivated and excels at building relationships. Key Responsibilities

Prospect Outreach Identify and contact prospective clients via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outreach platforms.

Lead Qualification Engage solo and small firm attorneys in consultative conversations to understand their challenges and determine fit for our services.

Appointment Setting Schedule introductory calls or consultations for the business development team with qualified leads.

Pipeline Management Maintain accurate CRM records, track communications, and manage follow-ups to move leads through the pipeline.

Relationship Building Develop rapport and trust with attorneys and decision-makers, representing the firms mission and values.

Market Awareness Stay informed on industry trends, solo/small firm challenges, and opportunities in the legal market.

Collaboration Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to align messaging and improve lead generation strategy.

Who You Are

An excellent communicator with strong verbal and written skills

Motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently in a commission-only structure

Organized and able to manage a high volume of outreach and follow-up activities

Passionate about supporting diverse, underrepresented law firm owners

Experienced with LinkedIn, CRMs, and outbound outreach tools

Legal industry or professional services experience is a plus but not required

Requirements

Previous experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (legal or consulting services preferred)

Proven ability to engage and qualify leads effectively

Must have access to your own
