[Required] 5+ years of working experience in IT [Required] 4+ years of experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, SecOps and/or GRC/IRM modules) or similar platforms [Required] 3+ years performing data management activities [Required] Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and IT systems design [Preferred] Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON [Preferred] Ability to write clean, bug-free code that is easy to understand and maintain Strong understanding of CMDB and CSDM 4.0+ Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Agile/Scrum, and DevSecOps methodologies What youll do: The candidate will be a contributor on the ServiceNow Product Team within the broader Enterprise Technology Solutions department to support planning, execution, and operation of ServiceNow and other enterprise technologies. The ServiceNow team seeks someone who can support all phases of the Technology Delivery process, focusing primarily on data-related activities. The Software Engineer will collaborate with business stakeholders, providing education on platform development best practices. The candidate should have a background in development, system administration, data analysis, and be capable of helping others contribute to platform improvements. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Perform data management activities, including analysis of data and system configurations, data monitoring, data cleanup, import, normalization, and direct data changes. Embrace and advocate for Agile best practices, supporting daily stand-ups, story grooming, sprint demos, planning, and retrospectives. Support monitoring technologies for software, server, and network platforms. Assist in debugging application defects and drive continuous improvement efforts. Lead technology improvements and partner with business stakeholders to achieve outcomes. Provide system functionality advice and assist with internal and external communication to improve transparency. Technical Skills: Problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented attitude. Ability to analyze needs, create software solutions, and communicate effectively with team and customers. Effective interpersonal skills and issue resolution during design, testing, and maintenance. Education and/or Experience: [Required] BS degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience 5-7 years of experience in development and/or system administration 3+ years of experience with cloud platform technologies Certificates or Licenses: [Preferred] ServiceNow admin/developer certifications [Preferred] Other low-code/COTS implementation certifications Seniority level
