Crowe is seeking a
highly technical Senior Staff
to join our ServiceNow ITOM team. This role involves hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration, focusing on ITOM modules like Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. You will work with a collaborative team to architect and build scalable ServiceNow solutions that deliver results for clients. Responsibilities:
Perform technical configuration and scripting for ServiceNow ITOM, including discovery patterns, MID Server setup, event management rules, and service mapping. Develop and maintain integrations with external systems such as monitoring tools and CMDB feeders. Translate technical requirements into scalable, supportable implementations. Collaborate with Solution Architects and engagement leads to ensure quality and alignment. Create and maintain documentation and internal standards. Support testing, deployment, performance tuning, and participate in design reviews and client workshops. Desired Skills:
Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting. Deep understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, discovery, and infrastructure modeling. Experience with third-party integrations like SolarWinds, SCOM, Dynatrace, LogicMonitor. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments. Strong troubleshooting skills with MID Servers and system performance. Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Required ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Discovery, Service Mapping, or Event Management Certified Application Developer (CAD) Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of professional experience 2+ years of direct ServiceNow ITOM experience Experience implementing ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management Ability to deliver solutions independently Excellent communication skills Willingness to travel up to 30% Why Crowe?
