Overview Come join the Intuit CyberCRAFT Security Education & Empowerment team as Instructional Designer responsible for aligning courses with educational programs, designing and developing educational content, and ensuring courses meet security objectives and regulatory compliance. This role involves working with global teams across partner organizations to deliver security best practices throughout the program or product lifecycle. The successful candidate will have a deep knowledge of learning sciences and design, adult learning theory, technical skills to create and maintain content, and a proven track record of collaboration and implementing learning strategies that enhance organizational performance. What you'll bring Two-plus years of experience or equivalent academic background in adult learning, instructional design, or similar Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, including programming complex interactions, variables, and triggers for interactive, gamified learning experiences Strong understanding of gamification principles and experience designing game-like elements in e-learning Strong graphic/visual design skills; Adobe Illustrator is a plus Experience managing projects end-to-end, evaluating and improving processes Strong technical and creative writing skills Experience developing learning courses from analysis to post-training assessment Analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills under pressure Ability to translate complex concepts into accessible articles Excellent organizational and time-management skills, managing multiple priorities and deadlines Experience using AI tools for writing and video creation Independent, results-oriented, thorough in analysis Experience influencing stakeholders and collaborating across geographies Adaptability to dynamic situations and proactive work ethic Experience handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Experience with Agile methodologies; persona-based learning is preferred Familiarity with compliance programs like GDPR, ISO27001, SOX, SOC 2, PCI is a plus Knowledge of Information Security is an advantage Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience How you will lead Design and develop sustainable training solutions using instructional design methodologies Understand needs of legal, security, product, engineering teams to create relevant learning strategies Update and revise training materials regularly Create and develop tests and gamified e-learning in Storyline Perform quality assurance Engage with stakeholders to define security risk and compliance training requirements Develop internal communication and training materials Manage communication throughout the learning development process Identify risks and implement mitigations Develop and report on program success metrics Write technical requirements as needed Intuit offers a competitive compensation package, including base pay ranging from $81,120 to $109,200, with potential bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits.
